Ak Asset Management Venture Capital Investment Fund (VCIF) provides long-term capital to technology- and innovation-driven medium-scale companies at the growth stage and with a high export potential. The fund aims to bring high income in medium-long term to its investors over the increasing market value in parallel with the growth of companies in its portfolio.
The company partnership shares gained in exchange for the capital provided to the fund will be converted into cash through their sale to a commercial/strategical or financial buyer or by being opened to public in the market within the period of fund (5 years on average), and the resulting profit will be distributed to investors. VCIF also provides natural and legal persons with various tax advantages which are determined through relevant laws.
