Ak Asset Management Venture Capital Investment Fund (VCIF) provides long-term capital to medium-sized companies with high export potential, technology and innovation focus in the growth phase.
The fund aims to provide its investors with high returns in the medium to long term through increasing market value in parallel with the growth of the companies in its portfolio.
The company shares obtained in return for the capital provided to the fund will be converted into cash within the fund's term (average 5 years) by selling them to a commercial/strategic or financial buyer or by going public, and the resulting profit will be distributed to investors.
