At least 80% of the fund’s total value is continuously invested in equities issued by domestic companies. The portfolio is constructed by sampling equities included in the BIST REIT Index and is managed to maintain a minimum 90% correlation between the fund’s unit price and the benchmark BIST REIT Index, in accordance with the correlation calculation methodology set out in Annex 3 of the Communiqué and approved by the Capital Markets Board.
